Down to earth, authoritative, warm, smooth and humorous are all words that could be used to describe Siân’s vocal tones.

She has worked as a voice over artist for many years, with her work ranging from narrating educational books to commercials, promos and comedy continuity. She works regularly for a number of channels and her dulcet tones can be heard as high as 50,000 feet, as, if you take a trip with Emirates or Sri Lankan Airlines you’ll hear!

She’s worked regularly on BBC One, and as the daytime continuity voice for UKTV Gold & Living TV, writing and recording links. She also narrates “Rock"-u-mentary DVD’s and CD’s on a regular basis. Green Day, U2, Babyshambles, Queen, Eminem, The Beatles, Usher, Muse, Oasis, Kate Bush, Placebo and Syd Barrett are just a handful of the artists she has covered.

In Hong Kong, she also worked as late night DJ and newsreader for RTHK Radio for 4 years and voiced promos for a range of TV stations, including TNT and Cartoon Network, ATV, TVB and National Geographic. Other educational and corporate clients include Oxford University Press, Longmans, Hang Seng Bank and the Hong Kong Tourist Association.
